Welcome
During the course of people’s lives events happen that create the need for help and support. Families and individuals helped are those experiencing crisis, trauma, and other life events that create discomfort and pain. These events can be divorce, death, grief, loss, domestic violence, victimization from a crime, sexual abuse, physical abuse, child/parent conflict, behavior problem, teen/preteen concerns and any other concerns that cause the need for help. Unbroken Healing uses evidenced-based therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, DBT, play therapy, group therapy, art therapy and coaching to help clients navigate and work through these changeling situations.
"You can't change who you are, and you shouldn't be asked to."

Why unbroken healing? First when we think about problems we are having in life we and others around us may think we are broken. This is not true we are not broken but have experienced events that have caused pain and distortions in thought Second healing in an unbroken chain that involves many different areas in life. These include therapy, diet, exercise, and creating a support network. The base of the practice is we are all survivors and can do anything we set our minds to do. Sometimes we need help to take those first steps and a guide for the journey. Thank you for letting me join you on this journey.

“Getting over a painful experience is much like crossing monkey bars. You have to let go at some point in order to move forward.”
