Individual therapy for Teens
Adolescence is a crucial time in any persons development. Teens today have to cope with a variety of issues from bulling, self image, education, friends, depression, anxiety, cutting, and thoughts of harming themselves. These at times have changed due to the overwhelming presence of social media and the internet. No teen is alike and a treatment plan will be developed for them to help them gain the skills they need to navigate their world. Different forms of therapy used are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Didactic Behavioral Therapy, Art therapy, and behavior modifications.
